INDUSTRIA TEXTIL APUCARANA LTDA., and PARANATEX INDUSTRIA TEXTIL LTDA. know how important your privacy and the proper use of your personal data are. In this regard, in compliance with Law 13.709/18 (General Personal Data Protection Law), you are kindly requested to fill out the following form:
Considering the General Data Protection Law, the grantor declares being aware of the necessity of the data collected herein and consents to the use of their data by the contracted party for the exclusive purpose of registration and identification for the provision of services and products, communication about events and product launches [intended service(s)], in compliance with data protection rules, in light of the principles of necessity, purpose and/or informative determination, including in the processing of sensitive personal data, in accordance with the Company’s legal obligation to collect data.
FIRST CLAUSE: Data Sharing:
By means of this instrument, the contracted party is authorized to share the grantor’s personal data with INDUSTRIA TEXTIL APUCARANA LTDA. and PARANATEX INDUSTRIA TEXTIL LTDA., aiming to enable the development and provision of services and offers made by these companies, as well as to make contact with newly registered individuals in order to better understand their demands and commercial needs, ensuring the principles of good faith, purpose, adequacy, necessity, free access, data quality, transparency, security, prevention, non-discrimination, accountability and reporting.
SECOND CLAUSE: Responsibility for Data Security:
The contracted party is responsible for maintaining sufficient technical and administrative security measures to protect the grantor’s personal data, notifying the grantor should any security incident occur that may cause relevant risk or damage, pursuant to Article 48 of Law 13.709/2018.
THIRD CLAUSE: Termination of Data Processing:
The contracted party is permitted to retain and use the grantor’s personal data throughout the entire contractually established period, for the purposes set forth in this agreement and, furthermore, after the termination of the contract for compliance with legal obligations or those imposed by regulatory bodies, pursuant to Article 16 of Law 13.709/2018.
FOURTH CLAUSE: Right to Revoke Consent:
The grantor may revoke their consent at any time, by electronic or written correspondence, pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 8 combined with item VI of the head provision of Article 18 and with Article 16 of Law 13.709/2018.
